Shipping & Returns
POSTAGE
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). We will advise you of any delays that may occur. We use Australia Post as our main carrier with Aramex Australia for large orders or if you prefer courier delivery.
RUSH ORDER FEE
If you are in need of your order urgently please place your order by 10.00am AEST and add the rush order fee to your order. Your order will be the next order packed and posted on the same day. If an order is placed after 10.00am AEST it will be packed and posted the next business day. Postage Policy Orders under $7 can be sent for $3.60 for regular letter postage and handling (with the exception of some larger items that must be sent as a parcel). You must choose this at checkout.

With Australia Post introducing new postage rates we have made changes to our shipping and handling charges. You can choose between Australia Post (regular delivery) or Express Post. If you are an international customer please contact us about what you wish to order so we can calculate the best shipping options for you. We take all precautions to ensure your parcel arrives on time and in good condition. Sarah Lauren will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost parcels.
Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product please contact us at janine@sarahluaren.com.au to advise of the return and to be provided with the address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds and Cancelled Orders
If you cancel your order after it is placed we reserve the right to not refund the processing fees charged by Paypal or Stripe. We will only refund the amount that we received.
